Frequent questions
The action doesn't appear in my workflow.
Check that EnrollCue is installed in this account (Settings > Integrations > Connected apps) and that the workflow is based on contacts, leads, deals, companies or tickets.
A meeting called “Unenrolled from sequence (EnrollCue)” appeared on a contact.
That's how the Unenroll from sequence action works: HubSpot unenrolls contacts who have a meeting, so EnrollCue logs one, then deletes it within a few minutes once the contact has left the sequence. See Unenroll contacts.
Enrollments fail with SENDER_NOT_ELIGIBLE.
The sender needs a Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional seat and a connected inbox. After fixing it, enrollments resume automatically within 15 minutes.
Some contacts are “waiting”.
Their sender reached the daily sending limit. They'll be enrolled over the following days, in order. You can raise the limit in the console under Sending limits.
A new sequence doesn't appear in “Planned sequence”.
It appears within 5 minutes. If not, check in the console that the property sync is on: it needs the optional contact property permission.
