Features

Sequences that start and stop on their own.

Two workflow actions, Enroll in a sequence and Unenroll from sequence, with the safeguards that make them safe to run at volume. Every feature is included in every plan, Free included.

Enroll

Enroll from any workflow, without Enterprise

HubSpot keeps workflow enrollment for Sales Hub Enterprise. EnrollCue adds the action to Professional accounts, and the emails go out from the sender's own inbox, as if they had enrolled the contact themselves.

  • A specific sequence, or the one stored in a property of the record
  • Send as a specific user, or as the owner in any owner property
  • Outputs you can branch on: enrollment ID, error code and message

Deals, companies, tickets, leads

Start sequences from the record that matters

Sequences go to contacts, but your process often follows a deal or a ticket. Run the action in those workflows: EnrollCue finds the right contacts.

  • Deals, companies and tickets: all associated contacts, or only those with an association label such as Decision maker
  • Leads: the lead's primary contact
  • Each contact is enrolled, logged and counted separately, up to 10 per record

Unenroll

Stop sequences when they no longer make sense

A deal is won, a ticket is opened, a contact becomes a customer: the Unenroll from sequence action takes contacts out of their sequence before the next email goes out.

  • From any sequence, or only from a specific one
  • In contact, lead, deal, company and ticket workflows
  • An unenroll status you can branch on

HubSpot has no unenroll API for apps, so EnrollCue logs a short-lived meeting, which is how HubSpot unenrolls a contact, then deletes it. How it works

Planned sequence

One branch for all your sequences

Instead of one workflow branch per sequence, let each contact carry the sequence it should receive. EnrollCue creates a Planned sequence contact property whose options are your sequences, and keeps it in sync.

  • New sequences appear within 5 minutes; renamed ones are updated
  • Set it with a form, an import, another workflow or by hand
  • Or use any property holding a sequence ID or exact name

Safeguards

Sending limits that protect your inboxes

A workflow can push hundreds of contacts at once. EnrollCue spreads them out so each sender's reputation stays intact.

  • A daily limit per sender: 100 by default, up to 1,000
  • Above the limit, contacts wait and are enrolled over the following days, in order
  • Calls paced within HubSpot's limits, and a misconfigured workflow paused instead of failing again and again

Console

Everything visible, inside HubSpot

The EnrollCue console opens in HubSpot. See what happened to every contact, and what to do when something goes wrong.

  • The log of every enrollment, with links to the contact, record, sequence and workflow
  • Errors explained in plain language, with the fix
  • What's waiting, this month's usage, and features turned off by a missing permission

What you need

Three things, and you're set up in about 10 minutes.

  • A HubSpot account with workflows (a Professional or Enterprise subscription of any hub).
  • A sender with a Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise seat, and a connected inbox.
  • Sequences shared with the senders who will use them.
